1. When you deliver the furniture, will you bring it inside my home for free?

Yes, Ryan will bring any furniture you purchase inside of your home if needed.

2. If I purchase furniture that requires assembly, do you assemble it before you deliver it, or will you help assemble it in my home?

It depends on the furniture that is purchased. Ryan will either assemble the furniture before delivering it, or leave it unassembled for you to do if preferred.

3. Will you work with me to schedule the delivery date/time so that I can ensure I am home?
Absolutely! Ryan is flexible on delivery dates because he likes to ensure it fits your busy schedule.
4. How long does it take to receive my furniture after I place the order?

Depending on the furniture purchased and whether it is in stock or not. Ryan can schedule the delivery instantly if the furniture is in stock. However, if it is not in stock, you can expect your furniture to be ready for delivery within a maximum of 5-7 days.

5. Will all of the furniture I purchase be delivered at the same time, or will there be multiple deliveries?

If we have all of the furniture in stock at the time of purchase, there will only be one delivery and one delivery charge at a competitive rate. If your furniture order requires multiple deliveries, we will charge per delivery at a competitive rate.

6. Do you take special requests for furniture types, pieces, colors, customization, etc.?

Most of the furniture we offer has a variety of colors, accessories, and/or shapes for each piece.

7. Will you take away furniture from my home for free even if I’m not replacing it?
Absolutely! Ryan will haul away any furniture in your home for free if it is in lightly-used condition.
8. How far will you deliver, and how can I be sure I am within range?

Our delivery fee is competitive and varies depending on your location. Give us a call or email to see if you’re in range.

9. What if I’m interested in a piece of furniture you do not have listed on your website?
Give Ryan a call or email him to see if we stock the item. If we don’t stock the item, there is still a good chance we can get it for you at a great price.
10. Is it possible for me to view the furniture and even test it before I make the purchase?

Yes! We encourage you to make an appointment with us, and we will be happy to show you any furniture you are interested in. An appointment will help us ensure we have the item in stock and assembled if necessary.

11. Do you offer payment plans for furniture I buy from you, or do you require the full payment at the time of purchase?

At this time, we do not offer payment plans, and we require the full price of your furniture order at the time of purchase, including delivery.

12. Is this a storefront location?

We are not a storefront location. We stock furniture locally for easy access, so it’s always nearby if you need to view it or would like to schedule delivery.

13. Are the prices negotiable?

We pride ourselves on giving you the best price upfront on all of our listed furniture.
